Template GIFs

Every E2 gamer gets the same five animations, made from their own voxel character: Walk, Run, Jump, Dazed and the Floss dance. One photo becomes a character, the character gets animated, and the frames become GIFs that work in any game, chat or page.

How a template set gets made: Discord photo, character portrait, voxel character, then a short animation clip per move. The GIF frames are pulled out of real animation, which is why the legs truly alternate, left foot, right foot, like the classic Mario sprites. Still pictures cannot do that; animated clips can.
